Day 2 In Summary

I can only tell you what I've heard and only then in brief:
4 cars managed to meet up at Dover.
Andy & Katherine managed to be cultured having arrived in France the day before they did a cathedral and a chateau, even managing to go where they shouldn't. "It is forbidden!"
As for the rest of us; well we lost Mike coming off the ferry and due to his phone not working abroad didn't see him again until Clermont-Ferrand - and he went via Paris!
The remaining 3 cars headed for Le Mans, with only 2 making it to the straight with Steve & Andy G calling it quits and heading for the hotel due to having been up for 24 hours....
We all finally meet up in Clermont -Ferrand in the hotel but even that wasn't without incident. Claire, Jayne, Phil W & myself manage to lock ourselves out of the hotel car park and into another area of the building requiring rescue!
Off to bed now, heaven only knows what may happen tomorrow, all I know is that based on our luck the Milau Viaduct could be in danger
