Fortune favours the stupid

Based on the fact we had a GPS that would be able to find it's way out of a brown paper bag and a 1:1,000,000 scale map we carry on regardless based on finding a single road sign that match that of one on map which was in Mike's words "sort of in the right direction"..in the words of one Jon Bon Jovi "don't know where I've come from, God knows where I've been"....
We found an incredible stretch of road with rock face one side, long drop the other and many, many hairpins. Life sometimes just has to be lived by the seat of the pants...
